Message from the founding president

Located in the center of Africa, the Democratic Republic of Congo is the second largest country on the African continent after Algeria with an area of 2,345,409 km2.

It shares its borders with a length of 9,165 km surrounded by nine countries: South Sudan, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, Zambia, Angola, Republic of Congo and Central African Republic.

Straddling the Equator, it benefits from an exceptional hydrography, consisting essentially of the Congo River, second in the world by its flow (50 m3 / second) after the Amazon and the fifth in the world by its length (4,700 km). .

The country is semi-landlocked with an opening onto the Atlantic Ocean of about 50 km.

Thus, the vision of the OPURR is to make the DRC a great country, the engine of Africa's development, an OASIS OF PEACE, attracting investors from 5 continents of the world (African, European, American, Asian, and Australian).
