AS AN NGO: OPURR works within the framework of civic education and economic education. He puts man at the center of the development of society by playing on his intellect. IT organizes activities of:

• RECONCILIATION between different social strains, namely between rulers and ruled, between local communities, etc.

• RECONCILIATION between institutional leaders at their respective bases, with a view to strengthening the pillars of democracy in participatory governance. The approach within the framework of this rapprochement consists in inviting all political sensitivities to enter into contact with the base which elected them in order to approach the population to a citizen and participatory management in a democratic system.

• DECENTRALIZATION through training seminars at national to provincial level with a view to impregnating the population with the issue of decentralization so that they know: What is decentralization?
